Our Standard Garage Packages are configured around all the most common requested features. These are quality plans with an eye kept on price and are one of our best overall values.

These packages feature pre-primed vertical wood siding, 24’ trusses, quality 25year CertainTeed XT25 shingles, and a 9x7 raised panel steel garage door.

Our Deluxe Garage Packages build on the basics used in our Standard Packages and add some extra features for those that want more.

These packages feature a siding upgrade to Ashland Davis Easy Care Double 4 Vinyl Siding, a larger 16x7 raised panel steel garage door, a 32” exterior utility door, and two aluminum slider windows.
